As building surveyors we undertake building surveys, defects inspections (including subsidence, damp, decay, flat roofs, pitched roofs and thatch); we also undertake cavity wall inspections, maintenance and repair inspections we prepare schedules of condition and dilapidation, insurance reinstatement valuations or assessments carry out measured land and building surveys; and, act in boundary disputes and party wall matters.
