Originally built as stables, stores and piggery this range of farm buildings had become redundant. Our client seeing the value in the buildings decided to apply for a change of use to convert to B1 business / light commercial.
Starting with a measured survey we took the scheme through design, planning, building regulations, tendering and contract administration; overseeing the work up to practical completion and settlement of the final account.
