Originally built as stables and stores around the perimeter of the farm yard this range of buildings had become redundant. Our client seeing the value in the buildings decided to apply for a change of use to convert to B1 business / light commercial.
Starting with a measured survey we took the scheme through design, planning, building regulations, tendering and contract administration; overseeing the work up to practical completion and settlement of the final account.
